What is QBConnect?

QB Partners have been providing specialist support to Professional Advisers for over 15 years, to assist with all areas of international pensions, trust and estate planning and wealth structuring.

We have vast experience and expertise in cross-border planning, in particular for UK connected clients, and can provide invaluable support to help advisers engage and properly advise individuals who have complex needs.

QBConnect provides firms with immediate, easy access to QB Partners specialist consultants to get the answers you need, when you need them - via our Independent Technical Helpdesk (with 1 hour per month included).

Our technical library, online tools and monthly updates provide constant value, even in periods where our Technical Helpdesk is not required.

QBConnect’s £250 monthly subscription cost provides advice firms with access to all of the QBConnect services for up to 10 users (contact us to discuss additional users).

Our online portal brings together all of our resources, including our technical library, details of our client services (discounted for QBConnect Members) and all of our available tools - including calculators for Income Drawdown, Inheritance Tax and most recently, Transitional Tax-Free Amount Certificates

  • The default maximum is 10 logins per adviser firm. You can contact us to discuss setting up a QBConnect account for a larger number of users.

  • QBConnect includes 1 hour of time-costed technical support per month. We ask you to agree a maximum number of hours if you wish to give your team access to additional time-costed support. We use time-cost software to record any time spent and reports are produced and made available to the account manager.

  • Yes, our technical library will include slide decks from past presentations and training sessions. You can request for the relevant QB Partners Consultant to deliver these sessions to your team and you can request bespoke subjects. Time-costed charges will apply.

  • Yes, the 1 hour inclusive monthly Helpdesk usage can be rolled over to a total of 3 hours per quarter

  • We ask for a minimum 3 month commitment to QBConnect.
